| Candide Valadares has been making Fairfield County a more beautiful place for twenty years. Born in Portugal and raised in France, Valadares moved to the U.S. and launched Candide Landscaping in 1988 by taking out a loan to buy a burgeoning landscaping business that was for sale. Starting with just 27 clients, Valadares and his loyal crew now service clients in the hundreds. But as big as his business has grown, it's the personal touch that makes Candide Landscaping the success it is today. "I want to be able to offer each of my clients the best possible service," he says. "And that means paying attention to all of their individual needs, no matter how big or small." |
